Payments
The real estate payment plan is completely free of any fees or surcharges – it is an interest-free repayment plan. Deposit: must be paid within 14 days. First installment: due within 30 days from the signing of the contract. If a payment plan is applied, the remaining balance is divided into monthly installments over a specified period.
