The cost of living in Southern Cyprus is moderate to high within the EU, but lower than in Western Europe.
The island offers a high quality of life, a safe environment, favorable taxes, and stable energy and food prices.

Price differences vary significantly by location – Nicosia is the most expensive, Paphos and Larnaca are more affordable, while Limassol is the most luxurious and expensive city (business and port center).
