m\u0171szaki ellen\u0151rz\u00e9s\u00e9t jelenti az ad\u00e1sv\u00e9teli szerz\u0151d\u00e9s (SPA) al\u00e1\u00edr\u00e1sa el\u0151tt.<br\/>A c\u00e9l annak ellen\u0151rz\u00e9se, hogy az ingatlannal nincsenek-e jogi probl\u00e9m\u00e1k, z\u00e1logjogok, jogvit\u00e1k vagy kock\u00e1zatok, \u00e9s hogy a fejleszt\u0151 jogosult-e eladni azt.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cipruson ezt az ellen\u0151rz\u00e9st egy f\u00fcggetlen \u00fcgyv\u00e9d v\u00e9gzi (nem az \u00e9p\u00edttet\u0151 \u00fcgyv\u00e9dje), \u00e9s az eredm\u00e9nyek alapj\u00e1n d\u0151l el, hogy a
