Pracovn\u00ed povolen\u00ed<\/strong><br\/>V\u0161ichni cizinci (krom\u011b ob\u010dan\u016f TRNC a Turecka) mus\u00ed m\u00edt p\u0159ed n\u00e1stupem do pr\u00e1ce <strong>platn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed povolen\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kdo se hl\u00e1s\u00ed?<\/strong> <strong>Zam\u011bstnavatel<\/strong> pod\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost na <strong>Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed TRNC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Platnost:<\/strong> 1 rok s mo\u017enost\u00ed ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00edho prodlou\u017een\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159i obnov\u011b se kontroluje dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u016f<strong>(soci\u00e1ln\u00ed zabezpe\u010den\u00ed, dan\u011b a pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>3. Pracovn\u00ed smlouva<\/strong><br\/>Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt <strong>p\u00edsemn\u00e1<\/strong> (tureck\u00e1 nebo anglick\u00e1) a mus\u00ed obsahovat:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jm\u00e9na zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e1zev a popis pracovn\u00ed pozice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platov\u00e9 a platebn\u00ed podm\u00ednky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pracovn\u00ed doba, dny odpo\u010dinku a dovolen\u00e1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Podm\u00ednky ukon\u010den\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zam\u011bstnanci maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo na kopii smlouvy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>5. Pracovn\u00ed doba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard: <strong>40-48 hodin t\u00fddn\u011b<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159es\u010dasy jsou placeny s p\u0159\u00edplatkem:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>150 %<\/strong> b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho platu za p\u0159es\u010dasy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>200 %<\/strong> za pr\u00e1ci ve sv\u00e1tek nebo ve dnech pracovn\u00edho klidu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>6. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b stanovuje <strong>Komise pro stanoven\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy v TRNC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Od roku 2024: cca <strong>24 000 TL\/m\u011bs\u00edc (brutto)<\/strong> (~700-800 EUR v z\u00e1vislosti na sm\u011bnn\u00e9m kurzu).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>(Zkontrolujte si p\u0159esnou aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnotu, proto\u017ee se \u010dasto m\u011bn\u00ed v d\u016fsledku inflace a kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed TRY).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>7. Dovolen\u00e1 a sv\u00e1tky<\/strong><br\/><strong>Ro\u010dn\u00ed placen\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-5 let pr\u00e1ce: <strong>14 dn\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-10 let: <strong>18 dn\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00edce ne\u017e 10 let: <strong>20 dn\u00ed<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">St\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u00e1tky jsou <strong>placen\u00e9 nebo kompenzovan\u00e9 volnem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>8. Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong><br\/><strong>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky zam\u011bstnavatele:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12,5 % (kombinovan\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky zam\u011bstnavatele a zam\u011bstnance). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zaji\u0161\u0165ovac\u00ed fond<\/strong> &#8211; p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 4-8 % (penzijn\u00ed syst\u00e9m). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> &#8211; povinn\u00e9 pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pr\u00e1va zam\u011bstnanc\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u016fchodov\u00e9 d\u00e1vky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nemocensk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1, \u00farazov\u00e9 d\u00e1vky a podpora v nezam\u011bstnanosti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc <strong>9.
